Potential tech issues Krushed thanks to new high tech system

SUGAR FREE iced drinks manufacturer Polar Krush has implemented a new high tech system that can detect and prevent potential problems with its drinks dispensers before clients become aware of the issue by monitoring their performance remotely.


The ‘Remote Kare ‘Smart’ Technology’ consists of a Remote Kare SIM card that is fitted into every machine, alerting an engineer of any changes that may cause an issue before they occur, preventing disruption to sales.


Michael Reid, Sales Director at Polar Krush said,

“We consider our contract with clients as a partnership, and through Remote Kare, we support our clients by monitoring any changes to the performance of their machine seven days a week. We understand that any break in service will cost our customers money, and our 25 years of experience in the iced drinks market tells us that the vast majority of breaks in service are completely avoidable if the customer has support and the Polar Krush Revolutionary dispensers.

James Flynn, head of operations at Bridge Leisure which has Polar Krush machines on all of its parks, said:

“A call was made to the site manager from one of the Polar Krush monitoring team who explained the machine was not performing as expected, talked him through what to do to prevent any non-selling time. Almost all breaks in the machine service are preventable, and Remote Kare sends a warning even before the issue arises. It allows the engineers to support via telephone to help resolve issues before they happen, meaning the machine will always be up and running with no loss in sales.
