Follows success of Urban Creation's first foray into the sector at Beech House in Clifton

Bristol developer and property company Urban Creation is expanding its serviced apartment operation in the city, following the runaway success of its first foray into the sector at Beech House in Clifton.

The new studio serviced apartments at Alison Court on Apsley Road in Clifton offer stylish high-quality modern living for business or pleasure for people wanting to stay in one of the most desirable areas of the city. They are aimed particularly at young professionals and contractors staying in Bristol, as well as travellers wanting the perfect spot to visit the best the city has to offer.

With many years of experience in creating bespoke homes in Clifton, Jonathan Brecknell, director and owner of Urban Creation, decided to venture into serviced apartments having developed and operated upmarket student properties for many years.

"I was always ambitious for Beech House but it has worked better than I could possibly have hoped so it made perfect sense to expand our serviced apartment operation at Alison Court"

explains Jonathan.

"These modern, low-maintenance apartments will appeal to a slightly different market and we anticipate them being popular with young professionals and people working as contractors, as well as more budget-conscious visitors, wanting a stylish place they can call their home when they're in Bristol.

"With Bristol's main commercial hubs in the centre and to the north of the city both readily accessible, as well as leisure and cultural attractions, the location is perfect for both business and pleasure."

Urban Creation's Beech House serviced apartments in St Pauls Road in Clifton were launched two years ago and are now 90% occupied, year-round. These boutique apartments are set in a stunning renovated Victorian villa and striking new mews building and are designed to be havens of tranquillity in the heart of the bustling city. Atmospheric period features and carefully selected vintage and antique furniture provide a unique sense of style in the main villa, while the mew houses offer contemporary designs.

The 16 apartments at Alison Court on Apsley Court are located in a much-improved 1970s building, just a few minutes from the bustling shops, restaurants and cafes of Whiteladies Road and a short stroll from the beautiful open space of The Downs - Bristol's green playground. The new studio apartments have a modern kitchen with appliances including dishwashers, a living area with a sofa and flat screen TV, a private bathroom with shower, washing/drying machines and luxurious beds with Egyptian cotton linen.

All the properties are regularly serviced by Urban Creation's own friendly and professional team. Guests have the freedom to enjoy their stay as they wish; whether they want to cook themselves, order in a takeaway or sample the amazing independent restaurants, bars and cafes just down the road. Alison Court has free parking on site.
