Bristol developer and property company Urban Creation is expanding its serviced apartment operation in the city, following the runaway success of its first foray into the sector at Beech House in Clifton.

Urban Creation's Beech House serviced apartments in St Pauls Road in Clifton were launched two years ago and are now 90% occupied, year-round.
