Torquay icon The Grosvenor Hotel is set to host the first annual ‘Courses 4 Causes’ on October 7th.

Serving up a night to remember

Diners will be treated to four courses cooked to perfection by resident celebrity chef John Burton-Race and a welcome drink.

The night promises to be a special one – not only will diners be treated to four courses of two AA Rosette awarded food, but there will also be a charity auction with all proceeds being donated to the four chosen charities.

Fun for a good cause

Throughout the evening, diners will be delighted bytricks performed by a table magician and music will be provided by a professional DJ.

‘Courses 4 Causes‘ promises to be an annual event, and those attending can enjoy their night, safe in the knowledge that they are giving to charities on both a local and national level.

Head Chef John Burton-Race comments:

‘It’s an honour to be involved in the event.

Proceeds from each and every ticket sold, as well as all the money raised by the auction is being directly donated to the charities.

It’s a lovely event to be involved with.’

Four Charities

Richardson Hotels have thought carefully about who to support, settling on a range of organizations whose impact is widespread.

4 Louis is dedicated to supporting the parents of stillborn babies, whilst the Rowcroft Hospice – a South Devon care home, offers specialist care for patients suffering from progressive, life limiting illnesses.

Perhaps more widely known are the RNLI who aim to save lives at sea, whilst Cancer Research UK aims to find a cure for all forms of the disease.

Tickets for the event are priced at £34.95 per person and can be purchased directly from the hotel.
