Ever wondered what it would be like to spend a night on board Brunel's famous ship? For the first time ever, Brunel's SS Great Britain will be opening its doors to children aged between 7 and 11 and their guardians for a once in a lifetime experience!

Prepare for an unforgettable evening aboard Sleepy Ship as you set up camp in the cosy First Class Dining Saloon before taking part in an action-packed evening of fun activities!

Families will step into the shoes of the passengers and crew that would have been travelling to Australia as they prepared to spend 70 days at sea. As part of the crew, guests will be treated to a tour led by the Captain himself - led by lamplight, expect an interactive and immersive journey.

During the evening, guests will also be treated to hot cocoa while taking part in an interactive planetarium experience provided by Explorer Dome. As part of the planetarium experience, guests will explore our planet, moon, sun and solar system, see how they move and what we see in the sky. Guests will then go star-spotting on the weather deck to gaze at constellations and discover the stories behind them.

To settle down for the evening, Brunel's SS Great Britain will have a host of board games for families to play before settling down for the night. The following morning, guests will be welcomed to breakfast on the weather deck, while taking in some of the best views in Bristol!
