Cotswold House Hotel & Spa has undergone a £1 million refurbishment and will be officially re-opening with a complimentary champagne reception on Thursday 6th October. Cotswolds Distillery, the local artisanal spirit maker, has now confirmed its attendance at the launch, where it will offer guests exclusive gin tasting with its award winning dry gin.
Craig Webb, General Manger at Cotswold House Hotel commented: “We’re thrilled to have Cotswolds Distillery join us for our official re-launch as we’ve always been a big fan of their spirits. We actually serve Cotswold Distillery products in our bar and we’re certain they’ll impress our guests on the evening of the 6th.”
Cotswolds Distillery produces world class artisanal spirits. Originally launching in 2014 as a whisky distiller, Cotswolds Distillery now produces a range of gins, eaux de vies and a liquers. Its Cotswolds Dry Gin won ‘Best London Dry Gin’ at the 2016 World Drinks Awards.

Cotswold House Hotel’s recent refurbishment includes a full renovation of their restaurant, bistro and bedrooms. Cotswold House Hotel have also opened a new Tea Room, inviting guests to enjoy delicious scones, sandwiches and teas throughout their stay. Cotswold House Hotel is proud to serve Cotswolds Distillery spirits within its newly refurbished hotel. The extensive renovation includes a new bistro, bedrooms and restaurant which was officially named last week as ‘Fig’.
The exclusive launch event takes place on Thursday 6th October from 6pm. Alongside the Gin Tasting from Cotswolds Distillery, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a selection of canapé dishes from the delicious menu, live music and hotel tours.
