The launch of this year’s summer menu sees the introduction of a wide range of delicious modern Chinese flavours to indulge on. These include a delicate Rock Shrimp and Scallop Gau with cucumber and Wasabi tobiko; for sharing the Aromatic Crispy Duck Pancakes with Cherry hoisin, Szechuan oil and crispy shallots is a firm favourite. For dessert, there’s no better finale than the showstopping Cherry Blossom.


Guests can mark the end of their academic days with the Skull Candy cocktail, Tattu’s famous smoking skull with vodka, bubblegum and strawberry, or the Tiger Lily with sloe gin, pineapple, jasmine, blueberry and coconut foam.


For a daytime dining experience, the Taste of Tattu set menus offer a range of two and three course options starting from £23. Tattu’s special occasion sharing menus start from £42 per person and are perfect for smaller groups looking to embrace the traditional style of Chinese dining. For bigger groups, the large party menus are designed for parties of nine of more and deliver a feast for all.
