CELEBRATING at an exclusive launch event with 250 guests, Bistrot Pierre officially opened its latest bistrot in Coventry city centre on 4th October.

Bringing a taste of France to the Cathedral Lanes leisure development, Simon Barnes, regional manager of Bistrot Pierre said:

“We’ve had an incredibly warm reception from the people of Coventry and have already taken a lot of bookings, which is really positive. The bistrot was fully booked for our launch event and our guests enjoyed food and drink in our buzzing bistrot atmosphere.

“We’ve just launched our Autumn/Winter menu which is already proving to be very popular. The menu features our classic, bistrot favourites such as boeuf bourguignon maison and poulet chasseur as well as some new dishes including parmentier maison, a rich French-style beef cottage pie, pan-fried duck breast with dauphinoise potatoes, and a roasted vegetable, chickpea and apricot tagine – which is also available as a vegan option.

“This opening marks our sixth bistrot in the West Midlands, having opened our first bistrot in the Midlands more than 20 years ago. We’re delighted to be in Coventry and look forward to welcoming new and returning diners.”

The bistrot is located on the first floor of Cathedral Lanes and seats 124 diners and also has a beautiful dining area for private bookings and outside terrace overlooking Broadgate Square.
