DEVON residents wishing to make a difference this year (2020) within the communities and neighbourhoods where they live are being invited to take up a role in care in the county.

Field Care Supervisor, Julia Horton champions person-centred care in her community. She has worked in the industry for 10 years and her role includes visiting new service users and setting up their care plan using a person-centred approach.
