September 2019 seems like a lifetime ago. The world has been through so many changes since then, grief, upheaval and the recognition the world will never be the same again. During those times we often find in ourselves and others, strength, courage, and resilience – that perhaps we didn’t know was there.
Now we are in September 2021, and we are so pleased to say, WeDo is two! Things look very different to how they did two years ago.

Difficulties in supply chain demand mean, SME’s need our support to weather the storm. WeDo want to help businesses to grow. We are at the forefront of our industry, supplying finance and back-office support to many recruitment agencies and other organisations.
Recruiters have been hit with peaks and troughs, when the pandemic hit, no one was recruiting, and their business stopped overnight. Now, there is unprecedented demand and good candidates are hard to find. We have seen an increase in demand for Recruitment Investment. Good recruiters want to go it alone and we want to support them with the funds to build their business.
The WeDo team has tripled in size over the last two years. Our hive is buzzing with worker bees who have expertise in recruitment, finance, trade, and HR. A team that delights in supporting your business success.
As part of our growth, we have launched two new WeDo businesses as part of the group. Complimenting WeDo Finance are WeDo HR Support and WeDo Trade Finance.
WeDo HR Support is led by Sarah Cook. Sarah has years of experience working in commercial HR, she is passionate about organisational culture, growth, and development. The team provide outsourced HR from the boring paperwork, Best-in-class HR system, tricky one-off projects, or supporting business owners to see the bigger picture when it comes to culture and morale. As APSCo trusted partners, Sarah and the team have been a busy bees, working with APSCo to provide diversity and inclusion resources for all their members.
We then launched WeDo Trade Finance, offering a simple solution to cash flow problems for trade businesses. With all the price hikes and supply chain issues, happening right now, it’s crucial that these SME businesses can access the right support and WeDo are happy to help. We pay suppliers up to 100% of the costs of goods, enabling clients to keep control of their cashflow.
We have lots of exciting news on the horizon, as we continue to support our clients and grow, we are adapting our services and teams to meet their needs. We want to be the trustworthy supplier that SMEs turn to for business support, finance, and guidance. Here’s to the next anniversary!
