Amidst a continued period of growth for the firm, Steele Raymond has further-strengthened their leading Residential Development Team with the appointment of Commercial Property Partner, Chris Dolan.

Chris joins Steele Raymond from a large Hampshire-based firm, where he spent the past five years and, prior to this, has worked for a prominent national law firm. His arrival is yet another indication of the progress made by all of Steele Raymond’s property teams, who have recently moved to an additional office space in the iconic Granville Chambers building, located in Bournemouth’s town centre.

With more than thirty years’ experience, Chris can claim a vast knowledge of the area, having been instrumental in the initial development of Poole’s Tower Park Entertainment Centre and having acted on development projects spanning the South Coast for both private developers and national residential property developers such as Bellway Barratt and Bloor Homes.

Speaking on his appointment, Chris said:

“I have commuted to Hampshire for a large proportion of my career and felt the time was right to work a little closer to home.

“Steele Raymond were the obvious choice for me. What the firm - Emma Stainwright in particular - has achieved here is fantastic and my arrival at this time of sustained growth is testament to the hard work and success of the property development team.”
