PM+M sees turnover rise by 9.2% to £6.51m

In its centenary year, PM+M - the chartered accountancy, business advisory and wealth management group – has seen its consolidated turnover jump by 9.2% to £6.51m.


PM+M was founded in 1919 and now has offices in Blackburn, Burnley and Bury. Throughout its history, PM+M has remained fully independent and now has a team of 117 people across the business.


Its accountancy practice saw particularly strong growth with a rise of 13.4% in its organic turnover, attracting many new clients as well as continuing to support existing client relationships.


Over the past 12 months, the firm has also purchased, refurbished and renamed its Blackburn headquarters ‘New Century House’, it has been included in the UK’s top 100 firms list by Accountancy Age magazine, and it has launched a new website signifying its commitment to strengthening the PM+M brand.


Other milestones included receiving outstanding results from Investors in People following its Gold status annual review, obtaining a probate licence and launching a lasting power of attorney service. There has also been a raft of appointments and promotions across the business.
