A new look legal team has been unveiled by Vincents Solicitors in Longridge. New hire Nazreen Ali will head up conveyancing and residential property at the branch, while private client services such as wills and LPAs will be provided by Rebecca Perkes, who has relocated from the firm’s Garstang office.

Clients requiring family law advice will also be able to visit the Longridge office to meet with the head of the firm’s family department, partner Mark Mosley, who will provide regular appointments from the branch.

The new team has been handpicked to ensure Longridge clients can receive the full range of high street legal services directly from the branch, and increase the number of appointments available for face-to-face meetings.

Mark Mosley, who is also a director at the Preston headquartered firm, said:

“Longridge has a long established reputation for residential conveyancing, and we have always been able to help clients with other requirements with staff from our other offices. However, as more clients have been asking with support for wills and lasting power of attorney, along with family matters and divorce proceedings, we felt the time was right for a dedicated team to provide all of those services direct from the branch. It will mean there are many more appointments available and new clients can simply walk in and ask to speak to a specialist.”

Nazreen is a conveyancing solicitor who joins Vincents from Rosewood Law in Blackburn, prior to that she was with Turner Law. In addition to general conveyancing for private individuals and investors, she specialises in working with buyers using Help to Buy and assisting those who are selling, remortgaging or paying off their Help to Buy loans.

She said:

“We’ve an extremely active homebuyer market in Longridge and I’m looking forward to helping guide people through their purchase. I do enjoy helping clients at, what is usually, a really exciting time and believe it is important to keep them informed every step of the way.

One particular area of specific experience, which will see demand grow over the coming years, is with regard to paying back the Help to Buy loan. It is recommended that people have a solicitor to support them through the process and I’ve found clients really appreciate having that added reassurance when dealing with the various government organisations and large sums of money that are involved.”

Nazreen, Rebecca and Mark are available for booked or walk-in appointments at Vincents Solicitors’ office in Towneley Parade, Longridge. Call 01772 785 313 to book an appointment.
