The top-ranking family team of law firm Lodders has launched a bespoke family law service to be operational from its Cheltenham office on Montpellier Parade.

The new Cheltenham offering replicates the work undertaken at Lodders’ Birmingham office - that is best known for its high-end financial remedy work, and its strength in issues relating to children, including those with an international element. It provides advice on all aspects of family law, whether a prenuptial agreement in anticipation of marriage, a divorce following breakdown, and everything in between.

Lodders has recruited highly experienced family lawyer Janice Leyland as a senior associate in the new Cheltenham-based family law team.

Janice has specialised in family law since qualifying as a solicitor in 1999. Having previously been a partner at Maitland Walker in Cheltenham and Somerset, Janice returned to the region in 2018 to head up the family law service at Scaiff LLP where she has been a partner since 2019.
