Constantine Law now has nine partner/ partner level senior lawyers as well as four senior associates/associates.

Commenting on the new appointment, Managing Partner John Hayes said,

“With her CIPD qualifications, and in-house experience Suki is more than your average employment lawyer and she greatly complements our approach to clients. Her appointment also consolidates our national coverage since she will continue to be based in Warwickshire. We now have three senior employment lawyers in the North, one in the West Midlands and five senior employment/regulatory lawyers in London and the South East. That said all our lawyers are flexible and agile and can meet clients’ needs wherever they are based.

“At Constantine Law we have created a new type of law firm- one that is entrepreneurial and agile and works to a lean business model delivering a smarter, more responsive service to our clients. We are without the fixed costs of many firms which enables us to offer senior expert advice at extremely good value. In times like these, we believe this is even more attractive to clients.”

He continued,

“The Coronavirus pandemic has showed that agile working is definitely the way forward and Suki’s decision to join us at this time is a testament to our business model. We are delighted to welcome her to our growing firm.”
