Shortly after announcing its arrival in Manchester, Anthony Collins Solicitors has now strengthened its presence in the North West after winning appointment to a three-year legal panel for one of the city’s largest housing associations.

The firm, which secured seven out of eight legal lots with One Manchester, is to support the association as it continues the ownership and management of more than 12,000 homes in central, south and east Manchester.

Formed in April 2015, following a historic merger between two of Manchester’s largest housing associations, City South and Eastlands Homes, this continuation of Anthony Collins Solicitors’ relationship with One Manchester will see the firm advise on a number of areas, including property, development, corporate and finance, employment, general commercial advice and compliance.

This appointment builds on a successful year for Anthony Collins Solicitors' nationally ranked social housing team, which is expanding into the firm’s new Manchester office from January, led by head of social housing, Jonathan Cox.
