Moor Park launch new more affordable Reception to Year 2 fee structure from September 2018, while maintaining its already Outstanding in ALL areas (ISI 2016) standard.

Affordability continues to be a topic we discuss at senior leadership and Board level at Moor Park. Parents make huge sacrifices to enable their children to access the best possible start to their education and we are keen to ensure that fees are kept at an affordable level.

The market place for all prep schools at the bottom end of the age range is particularly competitive. Moor Park’s superb new Tick Tock Nursery facility at the heart of the school and enhanced provision in Kindergarten and Reception with the introduction of specialist taught sport, dance and music sessions are designed to make us stand out as the setting of choice for parents who value the best possible start for their children. However, the level of fees is still a factor in the decision making of many parents in these straitened times, particularly when it comes to starting more formal school in Reception.

As part of a coherent and wide ranging strategy to ensure that all parts of Moor Park work for the greatest variety of children and families, we have decided to reduce our Pre-Prep fees from September 2018. The level we have set makes us extremely competitive against our local competitors, particularly when you consider that our already Outstanding (ISI, May 2016) provision will remain unchanged and indeed will be enhanced as we develop the school’s curriculum and teaching still further in exciting and innovative ways.

Our new fee structure will hopefully encourage families to start with us at an earlier stage and allow more children to benefit from a Moor Park education. We have a Reception Entry 2018 Taster Morning on February 9th at 9.00 am which is open to anyone who may be interested.
