GuyKat, the Birmingham (UK) eLearning agency, has completed the purchase of Florida based MTE Professional Services. The companies operations will be merged effective January 1st 2020.

GuyKat is planning to aggressively scale-up in the US. This purchase accelerates the expansion of its new office in Tampa, Florida. The initial focus of the US business will be enhancing GuyKat’s offering of world-class consulting support to users of Docebo LMS. It is also anticipated that the US will be a growth market for the company’s award-winning custom eLearning development.

Jamie Morgan, founder of MTE Services, will lead GuyKat’s Professional Services team in North America. Jamie says:
