Tyrenet has relocated its headquarters to Liverpool’s Aviation House.

The fleet maintenance and breakdown specialists has taken 2,928 sq ft of office accommodation on a five year lease.

The deal was secured by Hitchcock Wright & Partners on behalf of owner MCR Property Group.

Tyrenet was established in 2004 and provides fleets with a tyre maintenance and breakdown solution.

It has a tyre specialist network of over 1,000 locations around the UK providing in-store and on-site mobile tyre fitting for trucks, vans, cars, plant & agricultural and earthmover tyres.

The firm was previously located at Churchill House on Gaskill Road.

The 17,620 sq ft building, formerly known as Keepmoat House, has benefitted from a re-modelling and was relaunched as Aviation House in 2017. It is located 6 miles from Liverpool city centre and one mile from Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

Approximately 6,000 sq ft of office space remains available at the Grade A premises, where Hitchcock Wright & Partners and Matthews & Goodman act as joint agents.

Karl Kiernan, property asset manager at MCR Property Group, says:

“We are delighted to secure this letting at Aviation House to Tyrenet. Since the comprehensive remodelling of the building we have received high interest from both new and existing tenants, with only 6,000 sq ft of office space now remaining.”

Brian Ricketts of Hitchcock Wright & Partners, adds:

“Aviation House was the perfect fit for Tyrenet due to its Grade A space, flexible terms and excellent transport links. Occupier interest in the remaining space is strong.”
