Motorline are set to relocate from their existing sites at Toyota Patchway and Lexus at Pioneer Park, Bristol to a new high-profile purpose built facility at Hayes Way, on Cribbs Causeway, Bristol in the summer of 2021.

Motorline prides itself on delivering an industry leading customer experience and after receiving planning consent last month, the new three-acre green field site will include a new Toyota Centre, dedicated Lexus Centre and purpose-built training facility for the Motorline academy for the future sales growth and the development of Motorline’s dedicated training programmes.

With a total investment of £12 million, construction work will start in October 2020 with completion estimated in June 2021.

Motorline Chairman, Glen Obee, said,

“The Bristol market is a key territory for the Toyota and Lexus brands, and this investment is testament to our close and longstanding relationship with them and demonstrates our confidence in their hybrid and electric vehicles, along with their ability to deliver the leading green technology vehicles that will arrive in the near future.”

“At a time when many businesses are looking to reduce investment, we are confident and pleased to be investing further with Toyota and Lexus and growing our partnership in this way and continuing to expand our sales volumes and employment in the Bristol area, whilst providing our customers with the very best new facilities to visit and enjoy.”

The new development incorporates the very latest Toyota and Lexus dealership retail environments and high-tech workshop, including full glazing to the workshop external walls and training facilities, including a significant focus on electric vehicle and future drive train technologies.
