Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM, which has offices across the Midlands as well as in St Philips Point in Birmingham, is celebrating after winning two top internationally recognised awards - scooping both accolades in just one week.
The first award came as the firm was named Best Accountancy Firm for Smaller Companies for the second year running at the Finance Director’s Excellence Awards 2016. The event took place at the Royal College of Surgeons in London, and was attended by UK Finance Directors and Chief Financial Officers from across the UK.
The annual Real Business Financial Director’s Excellence Awards celebrates the best accountancy firms, banks, technology providers, suppliers and other advisers, and rewards the greatest achievements in the field. Recently, a satisfaction survey was carried out amongst nearly two thousand financial directors from across the UK. The results put RSM ahead of its competitors which included Deloitte, Grant Thornton, Haines Watts, Mazars and PwC.
In the same week and on the other side of the Atlantic, RSM UK was also awarded the Regional Alliance of the Year International accolade as part of this year’s NetSuite Partner Awards. NetSuite presented RSM with the award during the SuiteWorld 2016 Conference which was held in San Jose, California. The firm was singled out for combining excellence in NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning and cloud-to-cloud integration with market-leading financial accounting and business process improvement to help high-growth businesses achieve their commercial aims.
The celebrations continued overseas too as RSM’s partner firm in the United States also won the Worldwide Solution Provider of the Year award for the fourth year in a row. The award recognises NetSuite’s top performing partner on a global basis.
